Faulty Products

Please email us at admin@pureoz.com with your order number and a description of the fault and we will be in touch with next steps.

We will endeavour to repair the item, before we exchange or the refund the goods, as per Australian laws. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We only handle products bought from our online store. If you have purchased the product from another retailer, please contact them directly.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including due to unavailability of product, an error in the price, image or the product description, error in your order or inability to adequately verify the purchaser details.

Pure Oz understands that the privacy of our customers is very important and ensures that information provided by customers is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law. 

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely both in electronic and physical form. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.

Payments

Our website is programmed to automatically display prices in AUD. You can choose to view our product prices in other currencies using our currency converter.

Pure Oz does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Pure Oz webstore.

Gift Vouchers

Pure Oz gift certificates can be purchased from our gift certificate page. Gift certificates are valid for use for 1 years from the purchase date. The expiry date is shown on the gift certificate when issued. Gift certificates are non-refundable, and are only valid to be redeemed during a purchase on Pure Oz.

The voucher can be used over multiple transactions.

When placing information on our website, we will take reasonable care in ensuring that all details, prices, product images and descriptions displayed are correct at the time. While we have made every attempt to show textures, appearances and colours of our products as accurately as possible, what you see will vary to the delivered product depending on your monitor and computer equipment.

We cannot guarantee that the product images on our website are an exact representation of the actual products you receive. Some colours and textures may vary as sheepskin is a natural material, and therefor each pelt is unique and can react to colour dyes in various tones.
