PURE OZ offers FREE shipping on all orders placed on our website.We use Registered Post where possible depending on package weight. Please allow 3-10 working days for arrival.
Please note there must be someone there to sign for delivery. If there is no-one home, you will be sent an ‘attempt to deliver' card, and will need to arrange delivery or pick up with the relevant Post Office.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders require a signature upon delivery.Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or customs departments.
You may only ship to one address per order (for multi-item orders, you will need to place separate orders for each address required).
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
PURE OZ insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by PURE OZ, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. PURE OZ is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
