RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you receive a product which is not as originally ordered, please email us at shop@pureoz.com, with details of your original purchase, including order confirmation receipt. We will arrange a Returns Authorisation form to be issued, and provide this to you. Please include this Returns Authorisation form with the product upon return to us. Please notify us of any discrepancies immediately upon arrival, to ensure the product is returned within a 14-day period from time of purchase, as shown on the order confirmation.

Important Note: For privacy and security reasons, we do not store credit card information - you must include this information on the Returns Form to receive your refund.

Please note, we do not exchange or provide credit for ‘change of mind'. 
 

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a product which is damaged, please email us at shop@pureoz.com, with details of your original purchase, including order confirmation receipt, specifying the fault. You may also call us on  +61 (0)3 9386 5544, Mon-Thu 9am-5pm AEST, Fri 9am-3pm AEST.

From there you will be sent a Returns Authorisation form that you will be required complete and return to us with your online receipt and invoice and the damaged product(s).
